Founder of Manthini and originator of its vision since 2001. Cal possesses 25 years of manufacturing and mechanical engineering experience and brings revolutionary design ideas to the table. His evolutionary thinking; along with important soft skills such as strategic/critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative idea generation continues Manthini on the cutting edge of technology.
John Bajorek
CTO & Co-Founder
Collaborative visionary for Manthini with 6 years of industrial electrical engineering experience. John is responsible for creating and developing electrical systems, strategies, policies, and documentation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Avinash Vyas
COO & Co-Founder
A fierce advocate of the green movement with a shared interest in Manthini's vision. Avi has 18 years of management and information technology experience and is tasked with managing the overall business progress, as well as helping bring Manthini’s vision to fruition. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
